PanoraCast works with any camera that supports RTSP or RTMP protocols. We have setup templates for 16+ brands including Hikvision, Dahua, Reolink, Amcrest, Axis, and more.

Yes! The Free plan lets you connect 1 camera with full HD streaming and a public camera page. No credit card required. Standard plans start at $18/camera/month with embedding and recording, Pro at $28/camera/month with advanced features.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard under Billing. Your streams remain active until the end of your current billing period.

What is the streaming latency?

PanoraCast uses HLS streaming which typically has 3-5 seconds of latency. This works well for monitoring, webcams, and most live streaming use cases.

Where is PanoraCast hosted?

PanoraCast runs on a dedicated VPS in Helsinki, Finland. We use Caddy for automatic TLS and SRS for reliable HLS streaming.

Question 6

Do you store video recordings?

Accepted Answer

PanoraCast is a live streaming platform, not a recording/NVR service. We generate periodic snapshots (every 30 seconds) and can create time-lapse videos, but continuous recording is not currently offered.
